During the bad weather over New Year's eve, a leak became apparent in my roof. Patrick called to inspect it very promptly. Following a very thorough assessment and inspection, we discussed a plan for repair. Patrick and team were on site straight away to begin the project and advise on further remediation works as they progressed the repair on the roof. From start to finish, there were ongoing updates including video footage and photos taken from the roof to show the problem areas. Patrick kept us up to date and clearly outlined the scope and course of the project. Overall, highly satisfied with the work from ACR Roofing. They did an amazing job. Very professional and the lads left everything very clean after completion. Highly recommend ACR roofing for a professional, reliable and thorough service. Very reasonable too. Highly recommend! I noticed water stains on my bedroom ceiling and called ACR roofing. Pat identified the issue immediately and we hired ACR roofing to install a waterproof membrane on our roof. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. What really stood out was how they sent us detailed photos of the work as it progressed—very reassuring and transparent. Had a leak in my roof due to damage to the lead and general aging of the felt. Spoke to Pat on the phone and he came by the house the next day and the following day had the job done for me. Whole new felt overlay and new capping to stop the leaks. Delighted with the job and how quickly they were able to help me out before any more damage was done from the water.
